**Former Policy**

All purchases are non-refundable. Our policy lasts 30 days and is an EXCHANGE ONLY. We will not offer an exchange if you have exceeded 5 days since the date of purchase. We ship USPS.
E.G.O. Boutique will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged please contact us immediately at theegoboutique@gmail.com. Please send item(s) along with the original invoice to the address listed on the package within 5 days of your purchase date.

Eligible return items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and returned in its original packaging. THE E.G.O. Boutique has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet these requirements.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.
